Central station for Shorebirds in the Yellow Sea!

Our migratory shorebirds are about to depart for their breeding grounds in Northern Europe and around the Arctic Circle. A brief video that shows the migratory birds at the halfway line on their migration. The Yellow Sea area is such an important area to allow our birds to refuel. If they aren't given enough time to rest and feed in Australia they won't even be able to make it to

Our journey of discovery managing a beach nesters breeding site.

21 September 2015 we found a pair of eggs sitting on the Deeban Spit beach. Thus our crazy journey began. So much to learn.
